We repair all first and second generation Bentley MMI and sat-nav radio units, whatever their condition. If we cannot repair your unit, you get your money back within 7 days.
What the repair includes
- Mainboard, coded with your car’s VIN, with the unlock PIN provided
- GPS tuner board with Sirius module
- Power supply board
- Hard drive
Common faults we fix
Power failure
The unit does not power on. This usually points to a faulty mainboard or power supply board.
Blank display
The screen stays blank. This can indicate a problem with the display unit or the GPS tuner board.
White screen
The unit powers on but shows only a white screen. This is likely to be the display unit or a related component.
Sit back and relax while we do the rest
- We come to you. Our engineer visits your location and removes the MMI unit from your car.
- We repair it. The unit goes to our repair specialists, who diagnose and repair the fault.
- We refit it. Our engineer brings the unit back to your location and reinstalls it.
The engineer’s visit is charged separately and is not included in the repair price.

Terms and conditions
Repair cost
The price may increase once we find the actual fault in your MMI. We will ask for your approval before any additional cost.
If you do not approve the additional cost, we return the unit and you pay the courier cost.
Sending your unit
Please mark your unit and pack it well before sending it to us, to avoid damage in transit.
Returning your repaired unit
Once the repair is approved, we ship the unit back to you in standard protective packaging. We do not cover damage caused in transit.
Installation
We are not responsible for failed installations caused by mishandling of the MMI or radio unit.
Money-back guarantee
In the rare event that we cannot repair your Bentley MMI, we refund the repair cost within 7 days.
