Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, contact details, information about the car or repair you are asking about, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry, for example arranging a viewing, a test drive or a repair. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have chosen to send us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and deliver your enquiry to us:

• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Resend, which delivers website enquiries to our mailbox.
• Microsoft 365, where our email is stored.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards required by UK data protection law. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example records of a sale.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at contact@wheelsforless.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
